This is done by assessing the probability of something happening and the consequence of the event. 01. Can I expose someone to welding radiation? - You should cover the welding area. 02. Can something fall down? - You should Secure the penetrations on the deck etc. 03. Is there a risk of leaks? - You should turn off the welding machine and turn off the gas. 04. Could someone trip over my cables? - Hang them up 05. Can someone go under where I work? - Lock off 06. Could something catch fire? - This should be covered and you should also check the area on the other side of the welder. 07. Can anything fall over? - This should be moved and secured with a securing belt, etc. 08. Can someone be exposed to the chemicals I use? - Make sure that the others use the same type of PVU as you.
