We prioritize promoting safe execution of work and strengthening awareness and understanding of the personal responsibility of each individual employee to ensure a safe working environment. Safety rules for electric welding When arc welding, protect against electricity, radiation, etc. AC welding machines must be equipped with an idle current regulator if you are in contact with the workpiece. Therefore, remember to: Use a welding helmet or hand shield that covers the neck and the hand holding the shield. The ground connection in the welding circuit must be connected to the workpiece. Structural parts, pipes, wires, etc. must not be used as a conductor. When inserting an electrode, it must only be touched with insulating gloves. Ensure that welding gloves are whole and dry. Do not carry the cable over the neck or shoulders, as a welding cable may have damaged insulation that cannot be seen immediately. Report defective welding equipment to the supervisor immediately. Use special welding equipment during assembly and repair welding in wet environments, or where the welder stands or sits on the workpiece. Turn off the welding machines at the end of working hours.
