Manpower leasing and recruitment for businesses
As an experienced recruitment agency, we help your business find the right personnel for projects across the Nordic region. We are a professional partner who, through a high level of service and close personal contact, has built long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Many businesses today use external labor to create flexibility during periods of high activity. At FH Contractors, we offer tailored manpower leasing during peak periods, and we also help recruit the right specialists for permanent positions. Whether you need specialist personnel for a specific project or long-term staffing solutions, we adapt to your exact needs.
We offer manpower
As your specialized recruitment partner, we deliver targeted workforce solutions for the maritime sector, the energy and offshore sectors and industrial manufacturing. We know that these industries have uncompromising demands for safety and professionalism. Therefore, we screen our people thoroughly to ensure they have the right skills to thrive in demanding work environments – whether at a shipyard, on an offshore platform or in a production facility.
The result is highly qualified and fully certified personnel who deliver quality from day one.
Certified manpower
We provide direct access to a large network of specialists who can otherwise be hard to find. Through careful screening, site testing, and updating of certificates (e.g., EN ISO 9606), we guarantee the highest quality.
Our goal is to deliver certified and motivated personnel who add value from day one – always on time.
We take our safety responsibilities very seriously
For FH Contractors, safety is central to everything we do. Through training and information, we ensure that our hired personnel comply with each customer’s specific environmental, health and safety instructions. All our personnel undergo documented safety training.
